Welcome to Zaffofood. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zaffofood mobile application (“App”) and services provided by Zaffofood (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.


1. About the App

Zaffofood is an online food ordering and delivery platform that enables users to:

  • Browse restaurants and menus

  • Place online food orders

  • Make secure payments

  • Track order status

  • Get doorstep delivery through delivery partners

Zaffofood acts as an intermediary between customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.


2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old

  • Provide accurate account details

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes

If you are under 18, you must use the app under parental guidance.


3. Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login details

  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activities.


4. Services Provided

Zaffofood provides services including:

  • Menu browsing

  • Order placement

  • Restaurant confirmation

  • Payment processing via third-party gateways

  • Order delivery via delivery partners

Restaurant availability and menu items may vary by location.


5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices, taxes, and delivery charges are displayed in the App.

  • Prices may vary based on restaurant decisions.

  • Payment can be made via UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (if available).

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners.

Zaffofood is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks or gateways.


6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

6.1 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when:

  • The restaurant accepts the order

  • You receive a confirmation notification

6.2 Order Cancellation by User

You may cancel the order before restaurant acceptance.
Once food preparation starts, cancellation may not be allowed.

6.3 Cancellation by Zaffofood / Restaurant

Your order may be cancelled if:

  • Restaurant is unavailable

  • Item is out of stock

  • Delivery is not possible

  • Incorrect location/address

Refunds (if applicable) will follow the payment gateway’s process.


7. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Restaurant load

  • High order volume

Delivery partners are independent individuals and not employees of Zaffofood.


8. Refund & Replacement

Refunds may be issued in cases like:

  • Incorrect order

  • Order not delivered

  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
Zaffofood is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

For food quality issues, restaurant decisions shall be final.


9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app

  • Provide false order information

  • Harass delivery partners

  • Use fake numbers/emails

  • Try to hack, copy, or reverse engineer the app

Violation may result in permanent account ban.


10. Restaurant & Partner Responsibilities

Restaurants are responsible for:

  • Food preparation

  • Food quality

  • Packaging

Delivery partners are responsible for:

  • Timely delivery

  • Handling of food items

Zaffofood is not liable for issues caused by restaurants or delivery agents.


11. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Code
    is the property of Zaffofood.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.


12. Limitation of Liability

Zaffofood is not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery

  • Damages caused by restaurants

  • Incorrect food items

  • App downtime

  • Technical issues

  • Payment failures by third-party gateways

Use the app at your own risk.


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate any Terms

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Misconduct with staff or delivery partners

You may also delete your account anytime.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms anytime.
Revised Terms will be posted in the app with an updated date.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
